How to Implement:

  • Gratitude Journaling: Spend a few minutes each day writing down three things you are grateful for.

  • Gratitude Letters: Write a letter to someone who has positively impacted your life, expressing your appreciation.

Personally, in the morning when I journal and write my to-do list for the day I write down four things i’m grateful for. This helps me get started with my day on a more positive note.
