5 Healthyish Things I Like/Don't This Week

This will be less scientific and more about lessons that have helped me and may help you…It will also be very short.

One: You will never know what you like until you try things you don’t. Through my 20’s I tried to “think” about my calling in life. “Thinking” is the big problem. You have to DO things to figure it out.

Two: Journal about anything you care about improving. Our brains are powerful, but they can't store every thought or idea for every endeavor. Journaling has helped me maintain momentum. My process is to reflect at the end of the day and then write a to-do list for the next morning. This way, nothing falls through the cracks.

Three: Attention span is the biggest super-power in today’s society. Due to social media, if you just improve your attention span just a little bit, you could get ahead of 90% of people.

Four: Set goals for yourself. If you’re setting goals because your mom wanted you to be this, or your dad wanted you to be that, chances are you’re going to regret going in the direction they chose for you and eventually you’re going to feel lost. Choose your goals based on YOU.
